My glass arrived broken so I made this - it cost about $9 in materials.
The model can be printed on large printers like the Neptune 3 max or Neptune 4 max.
The 3D print uses a sheet of polycarbonate (lexan) for the top window that is exactly 12"x12" or 1ft square. I purchased tinted polycarbonate to match the printer and glued it to the underside of the 3D print, which has a recessed area for it.
The print is not square - the handle must be pointing to the front or the back. I prefer the handle to the back so that it's usable but hidden. The handle cutout area will need support material, organic support works best.
