This is a mount for Icom 7100 - has built in ball for mounting to an authentic ram clamp (or print your own). It has cable strain relief tabs for the cable sep kit (the cable that comes with it really isn't flexible enough to use with these tabs - the one in the picture is the official mobile separation cable: ICOM IC-OPC-2253.
Use metric screws to fasten to the mount.
I used ASA to print mine to withstand heat and it makes it reasonably rigid.
