BTT HDMI5 Case

Wanted a decent case for the HDMI5 touch screen, and as I couldn't find something to fit my needs, made my own. 

Screen is fully encapsulated, and has brackets to mount to any slot extrusion frame, like the Bear2.1 I'm using mine on. 

Also included a couple of mounting options. Mount Arm can be mounted either way round to orientate screen as required for cable routing. Also have 3 frame mount options to allow a bit more clearance from the frame. 

Additional hardware

• 6x M3 Heat set inserts
• 2x M3x6mm Cap Head screws to mount screen into Rear Case
• 2x M3x8mm Cap Head screws for Mount Arm
• 4x M3x10mm Cap Head screws to close up Case
• 1x M3x20mm Cap Head for Mount Arm to Frame Mount
• 1x M3 Locknut
• 2x M5 Screws for frame mounting
• 2x M5 T-nuts for frame mounting

Recommended Print Settings

• PETG
• 0.15mm layer height
• Supports on build plate only
• 15% infill

Assembly

1. Insert heat set inserts into Rear Case (2) and Front Case (4)
2. Use the M3x6mm screws (4) to mount screen into Rear Case
3. Close up case with M3x10mm screws (4) through Rear Case into Front Case.
4. Secure Mount Arm to Rear Case with M3x8mm screws (2)
5. Mount Arm to Frame mount with M3x20mm Screw and M3 Locknut
6. Mount case to frame using M5 Screws and T-nuts
7. Plug in Screen and go!
