This is a minimal case for the Heltec T114, intended to use the stock “black spring” IPEX antenna:

It is intended to fit a vibrate motor and a 10mm speaker - however I was deeply un-impressed with the little speaker so I removed the sound hole. I am happy to release a version with the hole!
I suppose you could just put two vibrate motors in….

For wiring the vibrate motor, I highly recommend using the GPS connector's controlled 3.3V output (GND and Ve_3V3), which is controlled by GPIO21:
I removed the GPS connector and directly soldered to the pins - but if you're not comfortable doing that, I would get a pre-crimped connector kit and make your own plug:
