Two different versions uploaded depending on your grip strength. The short handle can hold several hundred pounds per clip, but can be difficult to load on the bar. Both work great for bench, deadlift, and squats on a 2" standard bar.

Both these versions have been tested with multiple different power-lifters and ages for months of repetitive cycles and different climates.

-Settings required-

Multiple perimeters are required for strength!

  • 0.4mm nozzle -recommend at least 5 perimeters

  • 0.8mm nozzle - recommend at least 3 perimeters

  • cubic infill (grid and most others will not be strong enough)

  • PETG for elastic properties. (I have not tried PLA, but I believe this would be too stiff for this application)

  • Bridging required 50% thru print for the joint to work properly. See slicer screenshot to make sure your slicer doesn't fuse the joint. I have tested this on multiple printers, and it seems to work with several different layer heights

No supports needed!
