A quick lock mounting device for Decathlon's FL920 bike headlight

Print advice

Print the body vertically to limit overhangs and avoid delamination during usage.

Print the lock pin on the side to avoid delamination during usage. Add enough perimeters to fill the lock.

Print the attachement on the side to avoid delamination during usage. Add enough perimeters to fill the ring.

I printed the body and the lock pin with a 0.25mm nozzle to have better tolerance, it may be working with a 0.4mm nozzle.

I printed the attachment with a 0.6mm to have a bigger wall size.

The lock is optional, friction alone can retain the headlight. If you want to use the lock, add a dab of cyanoacrylate (super glue) to secure it.

Assembly

Use one 10mm M2.5 ISO 4762 screw and one M2.5 screw nut for assembling the two parts.

Mount the device on your bike handle and attach it with one 20mm M2.5 ISO 4762 screw and one M2.5 screw nut.

Fill free to modify the model, the FreeCAD project is linked in the print files.
