A minimal snap-fit case designed for the Raspberry Pi Pico and Waveshare SX1262 LoRa Node HAT.
Features
- Opening for female SMA connector
- Opening for micro USB cable
- Internal standoffs to hold the Pico in place
- Trough for the HAT’s headers
- Two halves that snap together but can be separated easily
This case is compact, functional and designed for easy assembly.
Assembly Instructions
- Pass the SMA connector through the round hole, aligning the nut with its groove.
- Fasten the nut until the washer sits firmly against the plastic body.
- Connect the antenna.
- (Optional) Turn on the HAT using its switch before assembly.
Note: The switch will not be accessible once inside.
⚠ Warning: Never power on without an antenna connected! - Gently wrap the pigtail under the HAT, making sure it isn't pinched between the HAT's individual headers.
- Place the Pico and HAT into the body, aligning the USB port with its opening.
- Snap the base onto the body until flush. If it doesn’t seat correctly, check the pigtail routing.
⚠ The case is not watertight and is intended for indoor use only!
