A wing-nut shaped piece that is designed to be pressed onto the head of an M6 Socket Head Cap Screw (SHCS) and turn it into a hand-turnable “wing-bolt”. Hopefully the pictures make it clear
I used an arbor press to press it on, but you could get it on by holding it in a vise and tapping it home with a hammer, or maybe even closing it with a wood clamp? It presses on pretty tight, but not so tight that it will be a pain to get it on.
