This is a handle for Niteo mini multigrnider with two 25 and 35 mm ling optional extensions.
Additional parts for 35 mm extension:
M3x40 FHCS - 2 pcs
M3x50 SHCS - 4 pcs

Please check the diameter of the fitting clamp hole for the other types of gringer. Both files:
