The flexible hinge between the segments of our dog door broke after years of use, and replacements are rare or expensive or both. So I measured the rubber, designed this in fusion, and printed it for use.
The cross section of the hinge is shaped like an I beam, so this is just half the hinge. You'll need to print 2 of them and use them back to back to fill the space.
I printed in TPU 95, with extra walls to make sure it was strong enough.
