This is a screen for an ebike. Specifically, part of the Vinka mid drive system.
These systems were available on some hyper ebikes sold in the USA and also some bikes sold by Conor in Spain (I think) as well as others that I am not familiar with.
This part of the screen can break so I copied it. You will need to remove the roll pin which holds the arm to the screen. I have included a model that you can use as a block to hammer on top of. This makes removal of the pin easier.
