This tool is used to remove the back face of a wristwatch to expose the insides of the watch for repair or battery replacement.
This was designed based on a Bulova Lunar Pilot.
The stud measurements are 1.8mm x 1.8mm, and they are spaced ~35.6 mm from inside edge to inside edge across from each other.
I'm not a watch collector, so I'm not sure whether the size is a common one. You should be able to scale it in the X and Y to fit your watch.
