I modeled these inserts for my Ford Maverick after seeing that they're charging $30 for a piece of plastic on Amazoon. There is 3 versions, one blank so you can set a custom emboss in PrusaSlicer, and two US Flag variants (Monochrome & Full Color). It should fit all model years and trims, but mine was designed on a 2025 XLT and I haven't tested it elsewhere.
Print using PETG for durability and heat resistance. It's only a few layers thick to contour with the truck so color might not be as bright as normal. You will also need some 3M VHB tape or some other strong foam tape.
Print Settings
- 0.15mm Structural
- 100% infill
- Layer Change for colors
- Emboss should be -0.2in deep
