Based on the Brake Rotor holder on the MATCO truck. Just couldn’t justify the price, so I came up with my own design.

Recommend stronger filaments, I used PETG for these originally and that was a mistake since PETG is rather brittle. Try a material that is strong, but not too brittle. I have dropped these and they can shatter on impact at times. In experimentation I personal have found the most durable is nylon. I have never broken one using Easy PA, you can get the tool coupler tight without fracturing at the layer lines, and the self lubrication properties make it easier to take the coupler off as they glide against each other. If you use a more brittle filament try not to make it too tight and it should be able to do the job!

Some sanding is recommend on only the outside of the holders, couplers are ready to go off the printer.

Size 1 is for 14.5 studs

While Size 2 is for anything less than 14.5

100% infill is recommended for best strength results.

Edit- Added a modified version of Rotor tool 2 since I noticed on my modern printer the sizing was just slightly too loose on the stud. If the original works for you continue usage, otherwise I recommend using the modified version for M12 Studs.
