Spool holder with backlash cap to prevent filament form coming loose and slipping over the edge of the spool. I found that during rapid printing the filament would sometimes be rapidly jerked casing the spool  to over rotate and the filament would get loose on the spool and then a loop could flip over the edge of the spool.  Then as the filament was pulled in to the extruder the filament loop would pull down around the axle or the holder and restrict the filament from being pulled of the spool. This seem to happen more with Light weight filaments like LW-PLA.  The axle is made from a 5/16 wood dowel rod cut to 92mm length and 2 608 Bearings.  So far I have printed 3 of these in PETG and they completely fixed the backlash problem I was having.   When assembling make sure the backlash cover moves freely on its hinge point so it just rests on top the spool being used it should not sit between the spool sides.
