As the standard spool holder for the Bambu Lab P2S is created for the same width as the AMS2 Pro (68mm, a 70mm spool barely fits), I went in search for a replacement. I didn't find one, so I tried to make one. And this is the result.
The version in the pictures doesn't have the screws sunk in, so I had to use different screws but the version I share here does have the screws sunk in so you can use the original screws making this a full drop-in replacement. it's one piece so the filament tube holder arm is part of the model.
I used Bambu Studio to slice it and I used the following Support settings:
- Enable Support: True
- Type: tree(auto)
- Style: default
- On build plate only: True
- Support critical regions only: False
- Remove small overhangs: True
The only thing for me about this model is that it doesn't fit the curve of the P2S but I personally can live with that (and I don't have the patience to remodel this to perfectly fit the curve).
My suggestion would be to print this one with PETG
