Just uploading this in case it's useful. I designed this as one of my first experiments with FreeCAD in 2023. I'd also upload the original document, but unfortunately it won't even recompute properly with current FreeCAD releases.
I think my main motivation was that I wanted to use a screw-mounted muffler, but didn't find a model where I also liked the internals. In any case, this one has been on my X1C for more than 2 years now and it's been doing it's job nicely, IIRC I got a 10 dB noise reduction out of it.
