Calibrate Flowrate of all four colours in one print!
Important:
before you calibrate the Flowrate you need to print a Temperature Tower for each Filament to get the perfect Temperature Settings.
Make sure vase mode is enabled and set line width to 0.45. Print with 3-4 bottom layers, 0% infill and by object.
Measure values of all 4 walls eg. 0.42, 0.45, 0.43, 0.44 = average 0.435 mm.
use this formula to get the new Flowrate:
0.45 mm (current line width in slicer)/0.435 mm (measured average value) = 1.0345
0.95 (current Filament Flowrate in Slicer)* 1.0345 = 0.983 (new Flowrate)
After you calibrated the Flowrate you should calibrate Pressure Advance and max volumetric speed.
