Description
This model serves as a spacer insert for plexiglass clip frames. It is intended for situations where the puzzle dimensions do not match the nominal frame size and a gap appears between the puzzle edge and the metal clip. When one or more edge pieces are missing—or the puzzle is simply slightly smaller—this gap causes the plexiglass to bend due to insufficient support.
The spacer is designed to compensate for this clearance and allow the metal clip to apply proper clamping force. This stabilizes the plexiglass and prevents local deformation.
