Having some 10 meter wick lying around wasn't working for me, so needed a place to store it. I've seen more spools like this, but it's always nice design challenge to make your own from scratch. Went with a snap-lock design and .15 tolerance between the two parts. Printed this on the Core One with the .20mm speed profile:
Big one, 43.5mm internal width, prints in about an hour.
Small one with 23.5mm takes about 45 mins.
Worked for my purpose, maybe you can use it too. I use the wider one for things like wick. Smaller ones for electrical cord and such. Enjoy, share a make, etc.
