As respooling any is always a hacky process, this drill adapter is a very simple model to put into your drill to help you respool.
I've used this on old spools by just binding this Tool against the spool using cable ties.
I recommend printing with at least 50% infill for stability.
If you need a longer version, there is also the file Respool_Tool-Longer for bigger spool diameters.
