Designed to fit the standard side of a Lovesac couch.
Includes cupholder with mug cutout, cell phone holder, and basket.
There is a problem with my remotes falling into the basket and since I redesigned this to print better on a smaller bed I have some solutions in the works. Once there are complete I will link them in here.
This is were you can go to find the insert to create separation in the basket. "link"
This version has a base to create a more natural look and hopefully not move inside the basket. "link"
I used PLA for this print and some crazy settings to see if it would work.
Wall loops: 6
Infill: 15%
Layer height: 0.20
Nozzle: 0.40
Top and bottom layers: 5
Infill pattern: Gyroid
I used this as a base and messed around with filament setting and speed slowing it way down to 30mm/s on first layer and 80mm/s for infill. You should use supports but make sure they are only on the bed so you do not have a lot of post print work to do. I changed a lot all in the hopes of making it impossible to break and with my testing of 10 foot drop tests and trying to break it with my hands I can happily say it is just fine and still fits perfectly on the arm of the Lovesac standard sides.
Enjoy!
