Requirements:
- 3d printer with filament
- CNC
- 3mm lexan sheet
- Easy-Cut Strip Brush - https://www.mcmaster.com/7900T1/
- M3 x 6mm Flat Head Screws - https://www.mcmaster.com/91294A126/
Assembly:
- Print all required parts. I used CF PETG
- Cut 3mm lexan sheet with CNC
- Chamfer screw holes in lexan sheet
- Cut brush into smaller sections to push around the tighter corners
