It mounts via 3 M4x35 Screws to the base using 3 threads in the base shaft. You can mount a custom wheel with a 70mm hole pattern to the adapter after pressing in the M5 nuts from the back. The lengh of the M5 screws can vary depending on your wheel, but M5x25 should usually fit.
