This heating pad is designed to create an active thermal camera in the Flashforge Adventurer 5M printer. In addition, a module for filtering air through a carbon filter has been added to the heating pad.
Print from ABS(ASA)-CF(GF), or other heat-resistant plastics (do not use PLA and PETG).
The heating pad has two mounting options:
the first is on the side wall of the printer,
the second is on the printer floor.
Necessary components:
250-300 grams of filament
PTC heater, 2 pieces (I used 2 150 watts each, with a total power of 300 watts)
fan 7530, 2 pieces
dust-free coal
A screw (M4x35, 4 pieces), (M3x6, 6 pieces), (M4x16 or M4x14, 4 pieces)
thermal brass nut (M4xOD5xL6 or 8, 4 pieces), (M3xOD4,5xL5, 6 pieces)
hex nut М4, 4 pieces
For mounting on the wall, you will need thermal brass nut (M4xOD5xL6, 3 pieces) and a screw (M4x6 or 8, 3 pieces). To mount the printer on the floor, you will need a screw (M2,5x14, 2 pieces), and hex nut (М2,5, 2 pieces).
Installation:
A screw (M4x35) and a fused nut (M4xOD5xL6) are used to mount the fans.
M3x6 or 8 screws and a fused nut (M3xOD4,5xL5) are used to secure the cover.
M4x16 or M4x14 screws are needed to attach the heating pad to the bracket.
I've uploaded the STL and STP files, so you can make remixes based on my model, good luck and have a good print. 👍
