Audentes fortuna iuvat!

Protect your Philips OneBlade with a travel case worthy of a Bohemian knight. Inspired by the iconic Saviour Schnapps and medieval scroll cases from Kingdom Come: Deliverance, this design combines rugged aesthetics with modern functionality.

Whether you are traveling between Kuttenberg and Vranik or just heading to the kiln, this case keeps your blade safe and your style authentic.

Features

  • Textured Aesthetics: Designed to use "Fuzzy Skin" settings to simulate a rough, leather-like or weathered pottery texture.

  • Modular Inserts: Includes specific inserts for the OneBlade 360 and standard variants.

  • Secure Storage: A screw-top lid keeps the contents secure during travel.

  • Customizable: Choose between the branded "Saviour Schnapps" version or a clean, text-free version.

🚀 Easiest Way to Print (.3MF Files)

I have included pre-configured .3MF project files. I highly recommend using these files! All the complex "Fuzzy Skin" settings, modifiers, and part alignments discussed below are already set up for you. Just open, slice, and print.

⚠ Manual Printing Instructions (Important!)

To achieve the multi-textured look (smooth inner walls, fuzzy outer walls, and legible text), you must assemble the parts correctly in your slicer (PrusaSlicer / OrcaSlicer / Bambu Studio).

1. Setting up the Main Body:

  • Import the Base file first.

  • Right-click on the Base model in your list and select "Add Part" -> "Load..."

  • Select the Fuzzy Layer file.

  • Repeat the step above to add the Text Layer file.

  • Note: If you prefer no text at all, use the Fuzzy Layer No Text file instead.

2. Fuzzy Skin Settings: Select the Fuzzy Layer object in your object list, right-click and select Add Setting then select all the Fuzzy Skin Settings - then apply the following settings:

  • Fuzzy Skin: Outside Walls

  • Point Distance: 0.5 mm

  • Skin Thickness: 1.0 mm

3. The Lid (Protecting the Logo): The lid features a logo on top that should remain smooth.

  • Right-click the Lid object and select "Add Modifier" -> "Cylinder" (or Box).

  • Scale and move the modifier so it covers the center logo area on the top.

  • In the settings for this Modifier, set Fuzzy Skin to None.

Here is an example of the slicer settings:

Compatibility & Files

I have provided two different inserts to ensure a snug fit for your specific device. You only need to print one of these:

  1. Insert Oneblade 360: Designed for the official competition requirement (Model QP4631/65).

  2. Insert Oneblade QP2824: A remix I created for my personal device.

Remixing: I have included the STEP file separately. I encourage you to remix and create new inserts for other OneBlade models or other items you wish to store in this scroll case!

Summary of Files

  • Base: The structural core of the case.

  • Fuzzy Layer: The outer shell meant for fuzzy skin settings.

  • Holder Text Layer: The raised lettering.

  • Holder Fuzzy Layer No Text: The outer shell without lettering meant for fuzzy skin settings.

  • Lid: The screw-top cap.

Happy printing, and may your blade always be sharp! ⚔
