I recommend printing it from PETG because it's stronger. It's possible to print it even with PLA, but after approximately one year, the leg of the "moon-like" part broke.
Printed on MK4S with 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.15 mm layer height (but I think it can be 0.2 mm without any difference). Infill 50% and supports on the band.
