This is a Vesa Plate that allows you to install two Magic Arms to the back of your monitor for mounting webcam or mic. You could hypothetically add whatever you wanted but I chose these two things. Their are two holes for a 1/4-20 heat press insert. The arms I purchased from Amazon.

You could add more holes to the model as well to get more arms if you wanted. I had to upside the screws for the VESA mounting plate. I am using 50mm M4 screws but your setup may require longer or shorter.
