Needed materials:

  • 3x BLUM 9350743 CLIP top BLUMOTION hinge

  • 3x BLUM Clip mounting plate

  • 6x or 12x SPAX or equivalent 5x60mm counter-sunk wood screws

  • 6x ~3x16  counter-sunk to mount the hinge plate

  • 2x 5mm wide screws for temporary drilling jig mounting

  • 4mm drill

  • 9mm drill (something with a flat tip, wood drills with centering spike might poke through)

Instructions:

  • Print the adapters using 4 perimeters and 4 top/bottom layers, ~15% gyroid infill

  • Print the drilling jig

  • Attach at the correct height using the 5mm screws

  • Drill through the 4 holes of the drilling jig, using the 4mm drill, into the cupboard body

    • I only used the outermost holes and it's more than sturdy enough but you can do all 4

    • For the center hinge, mind that it needs to be one hole higher than on the original side because the hinge on the door is not perfectly centered

    • The plastic cover for the corner that comes with the Pax can stay in place. just pull it away locally while working

  • Attach the mounting plate to the adapter using the 3x16mm screws

  • Attach the adapter to the cupboard using the the 5x60mm screws

  • Expand hinge mounting holes on the door using the 9mm drill

  • Clip the 3x BLUM 9350743 CLIP top into the holes on the door

  • Clip the door into place

  • Micro adjust the hinges if necessary
