Infinity Skadis Board

Print your own IKEA Skadis-compatible pegboard tiles in any size — then tile them together to cover as much wall as you need.

Each tile uses the exact Skadis hole pattern (5 × 15 mm rectangular slots on a 40 mm grid, dual staggered pattern), so all standard IKEA Skadis accessories fit perfectly.

What's Included

Pre-generated STL files in a range of sizes (Columns × Rows):

4×2 | 160 × 80 mm

4×4 | 160 × 160 mm

6×4 | 240 × 160 mm

6×6 | 240 × 240 mm

8×4 | 320 × 160 mm

8×8 | 320 × 320 mm

Plus:

  • Wall standoff (10 mm spacer — 4 needed per mounted tile)

  • Alignment tool

  • SCAD files

Features

  • Seamlessly tileable — boards join with a subtle V-groove that looks intentional and professional

  • Countersunk mounting holes — 4 corner holes per tile sit in the dead zone between hole patterns, so no Skadis slots are lost

  • Chamfered edges — 0.5 mm top chamfer for a smooth feel, 0.3 mm bottom chamfer to prevent elephant's foot

  • Chamfered slots — both faces of every slot are chamfered for easy accessory insertion

  • 5 mm board thickness — matches genuine IKEA Skadis

Hardware — Mounting

Each mounted tile needs 4 standoffs and 4 flat-head wood screws:

Imperial (US/CA) | #8 × 1.5″ (38 mm) flat-head wood screw | Standard at any hardware store |

Metric (EU/AU/etc.) | M4 × 40 mm flat-head wood screw | 4.2 mm shaft fits the 5 mm clearance hole; 9.5 mm head seats in the 10 mm countersink |

Use wall anchors if you're not screwing into studs.

Assembly:

  1. Hold a standoff against the wall (flange side toward the wall)

  2. Place the board over the standoff

  3. Drive the screw through the board → standoff → into the wall

  4. Use alignment tool as needed

  • Infill: Tested with Gyroid 15% infill

  • Supports: None needed
