A simple print to pop on the edge or over the top of a door to prevent it fully closing. Made this to protect a little people's little fingers. It also prevents drafts from clunking doors through the night.

The gap in the middle is to suit a 35 mm wide door. It’s 34mm wide, and then reduced further with some fins. Printing in TPU means there should be plenty of flex to fit doors of a similar size. It should still work on narrower door by using it on the top edge of the door.

You can adjust how far the door will close by positioning this at different points along the top edge of the door. In my case, about halfway along leave a gap of about 30mm between the door frame and the door handle edge - enough to prevent slamming or kids trapping their fingers.
