Recently bought a flashlight, but it was an odd size so You couldn't find a mount for it anywhere on the Web? Here is Your solution! Download and adjust the parameters to suit Your flashlight!
To mount a laser pointer or anything with a diameter between 9.17668196 and 13.89105972 mm use the alternative laser mount .f3d file as well as shorter cap bolts*.
Model contains:

Body - main body that mounts to the picatinny rail with a bolt
Cap - clamps the flashlight to the body with 4 bolts and 4 nuts
Claw - clamps body to the picatinny rail with
Knob - tightens the claw with an inserted nut
Knob s - a lower profile variant of the regular knob to be used with 5mm shorter mounting bolt**
How to use
Download the .f3d file
Open in Fusion

Select Modify -> Change Parameters

Modify parameters to suit
Flashlight_Body_Diameter - measure your flashlight's body diameter with a pair of calipers, do take into account that when converting to mesh radiuses seem to become smaller
Minimum_Dimension - to match to your printer/printer nozzle
Offset - modify this if the mount wiggles side to side
Lug_Offset - adjust this if the mount wiggles forward and back (between the rail lugs)

Apply and press 'OK'
Export and print

Hardware required
You can adjust the model to suit other hardware, but I recommend:
M4x40 hex bolt (DIN 933) 1pc OR M4x35** hex bolt (DIN 933) 1pc

M4 nut (DIN 934) 1pc
For the most uniform clamping - pick out a nut that has the least woble when paired with the knob

M3x10 bolt (DIN 912) 4pcs OR M3x8* bolt (DIN 912) 4pcs
M3 nut (DIN 934) 4pcs
