Repurposed Prusa's stock Advanced Filtration fan.  Mounted in a magnetic housing that can be used with or without a LV-LH128 HEPA filter attached to the rear vent of the Core One enclosure.  The fan housing supports venting the exhaust air to the outside using a 63mm (2.5") flexible hose.

Printed in PCTG (PETG alternative).  Fan housing should be printed with full supports with flat surface down.  Filter housing should be printed with the printer side down, no supports needed

Uses 7.6mm by 2.6mm magnets (12 Total).  The mounting bracket takes M3x6 mm bolts, either socket  or button head.  Fan is attached to the housing using M3x4 mm bolts.

Tried attaching exhaust duct via magnets but that option wasn't secure enough, so changed the design so the duct slides into the fan housing.  Found that the short sides of the duct bracket are a bit tight, suggest filing/sanding the top surface to remove any bumps or ridges.

I split the fan cable into two sections to permit removal of the fan housing entirely without opening the electronics enclosure, using standard 4-wire PC connectors.
