Core One + Left side panel remix

EDIT 1: Added some photos of finished part with primer on. Still waiting for paint.

EDIT 2: Made some changes so that the tolerances of finished part are the same as original. It will be harder to make it correctly with V2 drawing since after bending you only have 0.2 mm of play. Bends must be precise.

EDIT 3: Added photos of painted side panel. I used textured spray paint used for spraying car bumpers. Color is slightly off but it was the best I could do to get close to powder coated surface. Small gaps that exist are taped over with aluminum tape that has also been painted in the same color.

I have been looking for some time to modify my Core One to have a chamber heater for faster heat up time. This side cover enables you to fit basically anything you want inside the chamber. Available space inside with this side panel is 205x240x67 mm (height x width x depth). Something like Creality chamber heater fill fit with no problem. The idea for now is to have finished of the shelf solution inside. In the future the plan is to have custom heater controlled via GPIO hackerboard with GCODE.

The side panel is made from 1018 Mild Steel sheet with thickness of 1 mm and finished with black powder coated paint. Bends are shown in PDF file and you also have 2 STEP files. One is finished part and the other one is flattened profile for cutting. Holes and other cuts are made 1 to 1 with original panel same as bending angles so that the original handle can fit in and to keep the same look.

Let me know if this mod is interesting to be made for Core One L also. 

According to the license I cannot sell you the part and it is difficult to find someone that's willing to make only one piece. I made it as a open source project here. It is only there to help out with sourcing the part. If it is forbidden to do so I will take it down. My intention is to only help the people who want it because there isn't a good solution out there.
