A different approach to the printhead cover collisions and solves an issue I was having. Twice, my print sheets have slid under the cable cover and have made contact with the 24v headbed supply bolts, causing the printer to reboot.
This may have been due to the power supply terminals pressing upwards on the cover and not allowing the front of the cover to press against the heatbed. While replacing the cover I removed the terminals and adjusted them to angle down from horizontal, so they don't press against the secured cover.
Remixed the bracket and made a well for the front button head support bolt to secure the front edge of the bracket and not protrude above the cover.
Printed using 3d Fuel's PCTG carbon filled Matte Black filament, a 0.15mm structural print setting.
