Falcon2 Pro Collection

This is a fix to ensure the drawer does not shift. Why is this important? If you're wanting to work from the 0 X and 0 Y coordinates with a secured honeycome in the lower left corner, this will help ensure consistency.

My fix was to replace all four of the roller screws that participate in the drawers sliding in and out with Cap head screws which added about 1.5mm of head height. The additional protrusion hits the sides of the rails so you lose that 2-4mm of drawer drifting side to side(slop).

I replaced these with (4) M3 10mm cap head screws.

For the back two which are attached to the drawer itself, I had to replace the washers too as they were a touch too thick. The standard M3 washers I had on hand were thin enough such that the drawer is snug at the back and front when fully inserted.

Now I can make some brackets to stick this honeycomb down and trust that corner stays at the 0 X and 0 Y coordinate for my cutting needs.

I have zero tray shift now. Got lucky with those cap screws being just enough.
