Ryobi 18V Tool Holder – Lindvig Pro Edition
A heavy-duty, professionally engineered remix of the Ryobi 18V mount. Standard mounts often cause bulky tools (saws, vacuums, or large drills) to collide with the mounting surface. The Lindvig Edition solves this with a structural 44 mm riser and a precision-fit housing.
Required Hardware (BOM)
4x M5x16mm Socket Head Cap Screws (SHCS / Unbrako).
4x M5 Hex Nuts.
6x Wood screws for mounting the riser to your wall/shelf.
Technical Features & Improvements
Integrated 44 mm Riser: Provides the necessary offset for the largest tools in the Ryobi One+ lineup.
Precision Alignment: Uses 4.0 mm dowel pins to eliminate "slop". Holes are designed with a 4.25 mm clearance for a perfect, professional fit on most printers.
Filament-Saving Geometry: The riser features structural "truss" windows, significantly reducing weight and print time without sacrificing rigidity.
Optimized Printability: The riser is 100% support-free due to its 60° internal "pointy-top" geometry.
Assembly Instructions
Clip/Spring First: Install the original Ryobi clip/spring mechanism into the Tool Holder Housing before mounting. It is much easier to snap into place while the part is loose.
Mount the Riser: Fix the Riser to your wall, ceiling, or shelf using the 6-hole mounting pattern.
Final Join: Place the Housing onto the Riser (ensuring the alignment pins are seated) and secure them with 4x M5x16mm bolts through the housing into the riser's nut traps.
Recommended Print Settings
Wall Loops: 6 walls are highly recommended to ensure the mounting pillars are solid.
Support (Riser): None. The riser is 100% support-free.
Support (Holder/Housing): Minimal. Use Tree/Hybrid supports, set to "Touch Buildplate Only" for the clip slots.
Material: PETG, ASA, or Carbon Fiber filaments for long-term durability.
