The hinges have a clearens of 0.3 to 0.4 mm, if they are still squeaking you can use penetrating oil, it helps a lot!
Also, when slicing the model, make sure that the seam dosent glue the hinge parts together. For best results, and if your slicer supports it, use seam painting to block the seam from appearing between moving parts.
