My father wanted to mount / couple this 4 11/16" vent fan to a 3" PVC pipe to draw fresh air into his basement so I made the following. For printing, I split the model as shown in the screenshot and glued the halves together using 8-32 screws to align the halves and then clamped overnight. I would recommend that you slice off a section of the 3" PVC coupling section in your slicing program and print a test ring to ensure that your printer doesn't undersize the diameter before printing the whole model (it took 8+ hrs with the settings I used).
I realized after printing that the PVC coupler section was way more real estate than was needed and shrunk the height of the tube but have included both models.
