Overview
This is designed to act as a gasket for internal cable routing on Polygon Siskiu D-series bicycle frames. It may also work with other Polygon bicycle frames.
Printing
Recommended to print on one of the flat faces using a softer TPU material using 100% infill. If possible, use PLA or similar as a support material.
Installation
These need to be shoved into the frame quite vigorously, just like real ones. Use a plastic spudger carefully and shove the edge with the triangular tabs on it into the frame after seating the cables. For your convenience, the dual hole model comes with slits so you don't have to re-plumb hydraulic brake lines or reinstall cabling.
Models
The models are editable STEP files, so you can take the blank one and put your own holes in it (if you prefer diagonal holes, or just need a single hole) or use it as a dummy plug (for instance, if you do not have a dropper post and need to fill that hole). Use your slicer of choice to slice them.
