This is a simple 3D-printable mounting bracket for a Sipeed NanoKVM, designed to mount the device on the side of a rack homelab setup. It's universal, so you can print for either left/right mount, buttons and OLED display are accessible.
The bracket is compact and flat, so it prints quickly and does not require much material.
Model details:
Approximate STL size: 53 × 37 × 5 mm
Designed as a side/rack mounting adapter
Open center area for access and reduced material use
Mounting holes included
Suitable for homelab racks, network cabinets, server shelves, and small IT setups
Recommended print settings:
Material: PETG recommended; PLA is fine for indoor/light-duty use
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Perimeters/walls: 3–4
Infill: 30–50%
Supports: not required when printed flat
Orientation: print flat on the build plate
NOTE: I've seen similar model from user "pawel7318" on Thangs, and I used his idea of ajustable rackmount space ( originally I had precise rack mount holes ), but his model is mounted on the back of the NanoKVM which means it will stick out of the rack. It also requires demounting original backplate. So, just for clarity, I give him respect, but this is not a remix. Now you have 2 options. :)
