I needed two 4 inch and one 6 inch corrugated drain pipe grates but the 4 inch ones at the box stores were a combo 3 & 4 inch unit with a hole opening of only 2 3/4 inches (not much use for water flow) and both need a outer ring in my opinion.
Remix and mashup of 2 Thingiverse models I liked. I used the drain grate model as a base idea. I reworked the slots so it is print in place w/o supports, took the inner prongs from the pipe grate and widened them in the arch making them stronger, and added a outer ring to prevent dirt/gavel from entering the pipe from the sides. Also, if needed, you can drill a pilot hole and put a screw (or 2) through it into the tube to hold it in place for vertical use.
25% infill with 3 walls recommended for strength.
