Snapmaker U1 fan duct
The built-in drivers reach temperatures of up to 90 deg. Celsius which may reduce the lifetime of the drivers.
A fan duct with a 40 mm Noctua fan (type NF-A4x10 40x10mm 5V PWM with USB connector) reduces the temperature from 90 degrees Celsius to approx. 50 degrees Celsius by blowing outside air through the side holes. I designed a fan duct which can be sticked onto the right side of the printer - no screws, no disassembling, just use double-sided tape to fix the fan. See pictures for more details.
I used the USB-connector at the rear side of the printer to plug in the fan, i.e. the fan starts with the printer.
Print it with either PLA or PETG with a 0.4 mm nozzle and 20 % infill. It should work without support
Edit: I added a version for a 60 mm fan.

For filaments that need a higher chamber temperature (ABS, ASA, etc.) you may disconnect the fan as the fan also reduces the chamber temperatur. Example: I printed PETG (255C nozzle / 80 C bed) and the chamber temparatur WITH fan was 37 C whereas WITHOUT fan was 51 C. That make a big difference for e.g. ABS. So I would recommend not to use the fan when printing these materials.
I uploaded a revised 60 mm version - the holes now have the same diameter
Additionally I added for both 40 mm and 60 mm fan ducts a SETP file as well as a FCStd (FreeCAD) file. This should allow you to modify the fan ducts with your own CAD program.
