I have an Alienware M15 R1 laptop; it's been 5+ years, and its rubber parts started wearing out, especially its feet; I had no alternatives to buy a spare online either. So I thought to restore it by rebuilding it in Rhinoceros and 3D printing it!
Now it looks OEM
Printer setting (Cura Slicer):
Extrusion width (overall): 0.4 ("Super quality" print option)
Perimeter generator: skirt
no change in print orientation
Support:
printed with supports; you can try it without it too (I haven't tried, though).
Notes:
It's the same file for both left and right; just print 2 pieces and mirror them when pasting
The front Feets will be uploaded soon
Print at a very high resolution, possible in the slicer settings
