I made small replacement feet for my Yamaha and Sony receivers/AVRs so they can fit into tighter spaces.
Keep in mind that this modification does affect cooling. To compensate, I added extremely quiet Noctua and Noiseblocker fans to both receivers, and they have been working well so far.
