After Rschell_3953494 sent me their design for an upper retaining arm, I decided to make my own. This model uses both sides of the panel screw cutouts to stay retained, regardless of whether the heater module is installed or not. That way I won't lose it behind the workbench like I did when unclipping Rschell's design (not a design flaw, I'm just fumbly).

The parts can be assembled using M3x10 & M3x20 screws (or longer; the spacers are hollow all the way through). There's cutouts on the end of the "grabber arm" and its stowed position on the main arm for some 3mm magnets to hold it there. I didn't end up needing to do that since the hinge tension I have set keeps it in position no matter where I leave it.

Printed in PETG, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers. If you use the STL, use the "Split into objects" command to separate the parts so they can be dropped to the print bed & reoriented appropriately. I printed the spacers vertically to ensure the ID stayed consistent.

If you need to make modifications, I included the OpenSCAD source file. Just edit the user parameters as needed & build a new STL file.
