I'm an Electrician making inserts for my tools. I just got a 3d scanner and l'm learning how to use it. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
This is a work in progress design. I plan on adding a removable componence tray and a version that Gridfinity compatible.
Insert Information:
Its make for the Milwaukee Packout half parts organizer. I used a Dewalt atomic multi-tool and 5AH battery as the reference tools. its modeled for a tight fit so fitment will very based on your printers accuracy.
I have a large format printer to print the model in one part. If you have a smaller printer I recommend splitting the file right between the battery and bin sections.
Print Setting:
Layer height: 0.3mm
Walls: 4 perimeters
Top/bottom: 4 solid layers
Infill: 20%
