Lenovo tiny lid screw
I bought a several non-working M710Qs that came without screws for top cover. So I decided to desig my own. It uses 4x16mm countersunk screws. There is no need for supports, just put it onto bed with the side of countersunk screw.
Should be compatible with other models. But I have no way of testing that.
