Stop paying massive premiums and dealing with minimum order quantities for custom-branded shipping boxes. This Continuous Logo Roller Stamp allows you to seamlessly roll your brand logo, text, or patterns directly onto cardboard packaging or paper tape.

Inspired by identity-theft privacy rollers, this design features an integrated handle and housing that holds a 15 mm jumbo acrylic marker to act as a continuous, gravity-fed ink source. As you roll, the custom wheel picks up paint from the marker nib and transfers a crisp, continuous pattern onto your boxes.

🛠 Hardware & Bill of Materials (BOM)

To assemble this roller, you will need:

  • 1x 15 mm ARTISTRO Jumbo Acrylic Marker (Used as the ink/paint source)

  • 2x M3x12mm Screws (or 3D printed pin) for the roller axle (Adjust this based on your specific mechanical design tolerances)

  • Ink/Paint: Refillable acrylic paint or stamping ink for the marker.

🎨 Material & Printing Recommendations

The roller wheel itself can be printed in a few different ways, depending on the equipment you have in your shop/home:

  • Laser-Engraved Rubber (Highly Recommended): For the absolute best results, print the core wheel in PLA, but use a laser engraver to cut your logo out of a rubber stamping sheet, then wrap and adhere it to the wheel with glue. Rubber provides the perfect "give" and crisp ink transfer.

  • TPU / Flexible Filament: If you only have a well dialled in 3D printer, print the wheel in a soft TPU (like TPU Air by sirayatech and test a variation of walls/infill to find the best firmness, 6 walls and 40% infill worked decently for me) allows the stamp to compress slightly against cardboard. Tip: Roll with a very light touch to avoid deforming the logo under pressure.

Let me know how it works for your business! If you drop a make, please upload a picture of your custom packaging in the comments—I'd love to see how your branded boxes turn out!

An Improved V2 is on its way stay tuned!!
