The 8BitDo SN30 Pro is a highly popular, retro-styled third-party video game controller. If you are traveling to a local multiplayer/Co-op, it's best to carry your 8BitDo SN30 Pro in a case so it doesn't get damaged. If you have more than one, you really need the case; you don't want to just toss them in a bag!
I used maxelman's "Parameterized Rugged Box (OpenSCAD) with TPU Gasket" OpenSCAD source file. Thank you maxelman for your wonderful case design. Maxelman explains that use of the gasket is optional.
I've posted 6 different case designs for holding 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 of the 8BitDo SN30 Pro video game controllers. I've only printed the case that holds 4.
Each 8BitDo SN30 Pro snaps into the socket in the case for a secure snug fit. None of the buttons touch the case wall.
Each *.stl file contains 5 parts: case, case lid, gasket, and 2 clips. You may want to use your slicer to split the file into objects. Print the gasket using TPU. I printed with PLA and 3 bottom layers at 0.25 layer height. You may want to use a brim to help keep your case from releasing from the build plate on the corners.
To assemble each case you need 6 M3 30mm bolts.
